Build A Wizard (Demo)

You're fresh out of the Academy of Homely Wizards! It is your sworn duty to fix people's empty homes with furniture... And you'll have magic by your side to do it!

Follow the blueprints of every object to populate people's homes. Become the saviour of everyday life by turning a drab home into a fab home.

Windows controls:

While selecting, left mouse to move the map + click buttons and houses

While building: 

• Left mouse to rotate and assemble the furniture
• Right mouse to rotate around the project

Android Controls

While selecting: one finger to move the map + click buttons and houses

While building

• One finger to rotate and assemble the furniture
• Pinch with 2 fingers to zoom + rotate around the project (zoom is a little wonky)

About the project

This demo started design around January 2023. It's a proof of concept to see if the core game is fun or if it needs a serious revamp.

It's very much aimed to be a mobile game: something that can entertain you while on the subway, waiting for a meeting, or between study sessions. Not too complicated. However, I don't want to just remake bejeweled. By making furniture assembly, I aim to give players a relaxed experience that is not in the Store yet.

I also want to visually show the progress of your time spent in the game as houses upon houses of well furbished houses, eventually moving to full urbanizations.
